Excellent Customer Service!!! On time, cleaned up after they were finished, and our system looks and works perfectly.

We recently moved to Puerto Aventuras (PA) and purchased a condo. We found Mayan Security on Pelican Free Press and several forums. We contacted the company by email and received a follow-up phone call and email immediately. At our consult meeting, we decided to purchase the system and had it installed the same day! Ted was on-time and on-budget, and continues to provide exemplary customer service as we learn our new system. We love that we can monitor our PA home from anywhere in the world!
