I should just write Coconut Shrimp over and over! Perfect - large shrimp with a generous coating, set on a rectangular plate in a dollop of mashed potatoes for each shrimp. I also got shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic, with rice and vegetables on the side. Entertaining marimba and drum, and clowning waiter Henriquez!
